JSAdapter problem

Hi Sundar,

is it worth adding a compatibility or migration section to 
nashorn/docs/JavaScriptingProgrammersGuide.html? With the Rhino 
JSAdapter the __get__ method could return a function and there was no 
such __call__ method.
