Review request for 8028039: cleanup nashorn repo bin directory shell scripts

These are just convenience scripts for nashorn developers - these are 
not part of JDK/JRE binary product at all.

Also these are shell scripts + batch files. Not sure how to write 
regression tests (even assuming that is worth!!)
