RFR 8028615: jdk.nashorn.x3::some.serious.failure needs more memory to run

Looks confusing to have

run.test.xmx=1G
run.test.xms=2G

(misleading) that -Xmx < -Xms ?? If one of the values is not used in octane, perhaps a different property has to be introduced for octane. Or change xmx and xms both.
