StringIndexOutOfBoundException in NativeRegExp.appendReplacement

Bug fixes are being backported to jdk8u-dev repo - new features in jdk9 
may not be. Btw, you can drop nashorn.jar with -Djava.ext.dirs and test 
it with nashorn.jar from either repo.
