8130351: JDK-8130127.js fails under cygwin: cygwin path pased to Java

Note: I cannot reproduce the errors mentioned in the bug. But I do see some other kind of issue related to $EXEC.
Moved test files from currently-failing directory to nosecurity directory to include them in test run and added fix for $EXEC issue.
Fix is adding '\n' to interactive input as jline used by jjs expects it.
