RFR: 8168140: TypedArrays should implement ES6 iterator protocol

Could this:

+ return new ArrayIterator(Global.toObject(self),
AbstractIterator.IterationKind.VALUE, Global.instance());


be in static utility method somewhere and be called from everywhere?
