javac CRASH

This thread continued on a subset of the to: list, but to summarize  
the net result here,
we identified and fixed a problem with the langtools make/build.xml  
file that was causing
bootclasspath problems on WIndows.  This problem has been fixed, and  
changesets
have been pushed to jdk6/jdk6 and jdk7/tl.
