Right, sorry - I missed those when I was looking at the JavaDoc.

Agreed.

However we need to decide what to do about query parameters and matrix 
parameters. I imagine you would want them in the base class, but the 
java.net team are going to suggest they don't belong in a 'pure' 
UriBuilder and will want them split out somehow?
