Question about getaddrinfo in Inet4AddressImpl.c

I filed:
CR 7114558: "Inet4AddressImpl should use memset (rather than bzero) and 
NI_MAXHOST (rather than MAXHOSTNAMELEN)"

And also reviewed your webrev. Looks fine.
