RFR: TEST_BUG: sun/misc/URLClassPath/ClassnameCharTest.sh failed, compile error

This CR is as a result of the changes for 6354758. The test needs to be 
updated to use the new internal HTTP Server name, or better still remove 
its dependency on the internal HTTP Server.

Also (while there) remove the script and extract the jar contents 
programatically.
