DatagramSocket is not throwing socket exception

Hi All,

I am using open JDK to build my java code and observed one of the jar
i am using uses Datagram Socket to bind to UPD port. With Java 6 i was
getting an exception when ever port is bind. But with Open JDK 7 i am
getting any exception

can please let me know how i can resolve this issue.
