RFR: java/net/MulticastSocket/SetGetNetworkInterfaceTest.java throws java.net.SocketException: Cannot assign requested address

Hi Alan,
added an ExceptionDescribe to native code and an -Xcheck:jni to the
cmd line options to produce the
following:
