8207846 Generalize the jdk.net.includeInExceptions security property: documentation?

Hi All,

I think having the enhanced reporting of socket connection failures driven
by "jdk.net.includeInExceptions" property is a huge step forward with
regards to the ability to debug Java networking applications.

For me however one piece seems to be missing: I am not sure if there is any
kind of user documentation available, where this property (and other ones)
are documented.

Do we have any kind of user-visible documentation that mentions these
properties at all? (A quick Google search yields basically only issues
tracked in the JDK Jira and some indexed source codes and that's it.) If
not, do you have any plan to document these properties somewhere?
