Hi,

On JBS, Alan suggested terminally deprecating `Sockets.supportedOptions(Class<?>)` due to its flaws and under specification so I’ve re-opened the CSR and marked this method for removal. As there is a possibility that `jdk.net.Sockets` may come back into service in a future release I’ve left the other changes as they are.
