test/jdk/java/net/httpclient/http2/GoAwayWithErrorTest.java line 105:

The server constructed in this test (rightly) binds to loopback address. Using `localhost` here can resolve to a different address on some hosts. Please use `URIBuilder` test library class here instead of using `localhost` to construct the URI. Something like:
