Support for hardlinks in Windows XP?

The Microsoft folks phoned me back today on this and it turns out to be 
a SDK documentation rather than kernel bug. The call is documented to 
return a BOOL (= int) but it actually returns a BOOLEAN (= unsigned 
char) so this explains why we see the problem on 64-bit. I'll get the 
fix into the next build.
