Chris - do you mind looking at this test fix? The unit test for 
AsynchronousSocketChannel has two sub-tests that connect to fixed host 
(1.2.3.4) assuming it will fail to connect and that the failure is not 
immediate. These assumptions result in intermittent failures. The webrev 
to fix these issues is here:
