JDK 9 RFR of 8160018: (fs) Remove GioFileTypeDetector on Solaris

Hi Brian,

Should the GioFileTypeDetector.java also be excluded from the Solaris 
build to save a bit of space and avoid confusion?

The rest looks ok.
