Please test jdk-11+ea+8

jdk-11-ea+8 is the latest JDK 11 EA build [1]. This build has most of 
Selector implementation changes that we've been discussing and reviewing 
here in the last few weeks.  If you have a library that uses the 
Selector API heavily then now would be a good time to test it out. There 
are a few other changes in this area in the jdk/jdk repo that didn't 
make this build, they should be in the next promoted build.
