adding rsockets support into JDK

Hi Lucy,

I was just about to post something about version 22 when you posted version 23!

I have some javadoc suggestions which are given in the form of a patch versus version 22:

These are my changes only so you might want to wait until someone else reviews them before changing your version.

I also ran version 22 through the usual testing and have not seen any problems yet (Windows is still in progress). I’ll submit a version 23 test to run during the evening.
