adding rsockets support into JDK

Hi Lucy,

FYI applying this patch to a current JDK 12 clone gives one complaint:

patching file make/test/JtregNativeJdk.gmk
Hunk #1 succeeded at 61 with fuzz 2 (offset 0 lines).
now at: jdk12-8195160-version21.patch-2018-11-30-11.13

You might want to rebase to the current repo.
