adding rsockets support into JDK

Hi all, 

Is the support for adding rsockets into the JDK still being worked on?

The last webrev that Lucy mentioned in her posts was [1] back in Jan 2019 
and this doesnt seem to apply cleanly to the latest jdk/jdk repository.

I also had some issues running the jtreg tests which I am looking at 
trying to resolve but I didn't want to start work on this unless rsockets 
was continuing to be worked on!
So if anyone has any current status on this I would be glad to hear it.
