RFR [XS] : 8232045: cleanup AIX 5.3 workarounds from libnio/ch/Net.c

Hello, please review this small change .

It removes some   definitions / declaration   from Net.c    that were included for AIX 5.3 .
However from at least AIX 6.1 those definitions / declaration are coming from the system header  ( netinet/in.h ) .
So with the current  jdk/jdk    build platform AIX 7.X we do not need them any more.
