I am not doing anything myself to use Xcode 14. I may of updated Xcode at some point to cause it. 
I am not saying the PR is responsible but it did build the last time I tried but didn’t this time.
I have been successfully building on a different branch.
Although, somewhat off-topic is anyone aware of what I need to do on OS/X to use a different version of Xcode for jdk builds?
