[jdk21] RFR: 8313256: Exclude failing multicast tests on AIX

Hi all,

This pull request contains a backport of [JDK-8313256](https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8313256), commit [98a915a5](https://github.com/openjdk/jdk/commit/98a915a54ce62da7cebc1f0ab07dab276291a1d1) from the [openjdk/jdk](https://git.openjdk.org/jdk) repository.

The commit being backported was authored by Thomas Obermeier on 1 Aug 2023 and was reviewed by Christoph Langer.

These are test exclusions for AIX only, so suitable for RDP2 rules.
