nio2 build 93 available

Thanks to everyone that has been trying out the builds and sending 
feedback and bug reports over the last few weeks. Xiomara has pushed an 
updated build (b93) for us to the download area [1]. This build is 
sync'ed with jdk7 build 31 and contains a small number of bug fixes [2] 
since the previous build.
