Glibc version

Recent builds of openjdk 7 succeed on Ubuntu dapper,
which is based on glibc 2.3.6.
The only very recent change was a new dependency on
the ant-optional package in b73.
It's a tough call as to whether Sun's officially supported
binary builds should support glibc 2.3.6 or not.
I have been advocating that, since I love portability, and
features from later glibcs can be detected and used at
runtime, which means no downside for users.
