AFAIK, the Reply-To header on this list is set to Poster because that's 
the Mailman default and recommendation. Mailman provides links to the 
following discussions on this issue:
  http://www.unicom.com/pw/reply-to-harmful.html
  http://www.metasystema.net/essays/reply-to.html

Your mail headers suggest you are using "Microsoft Office Outlook 12.0". 
I have never used this mail client but doesn't it have a "Reply All" or 
equivalent button?
