Madvise/fadvise for Java 7?

I'd like to share a very belated "me too" vote.

I'm working with a database-ish Java application, JRobin.  With very
large data sets we push data out of the buffer cache before it can be
used a second time, forcing us to always have to go off-box to get data.
 Having madvise (or fadvise--we currently use file IO) available from
Java would help us out significantly.
