TrueZIP 7.2 Release Candidate 1

In contrast to the buggy Beta 3 preview, this release candidate has been
thoroughly tested with the integration tests ported from the TrueZIP File*
module. So please give this release candidate a  try if you have been
annoyed by the bugs in the Beta 3 preview.
