Hi Kirill,

Both this and the 9-dev changes you pushed were done during the weekly 
lockout time of 1am PT - 1pm PT every Monday. Please refer to the 
(in)sanity testing e-mail that Vadim sends out each week and to the 
following Wiki page:

As a reminder to everyone: Please observe this lockout period -- 
especially for 8u60 as we get closer to rampdown phase 1 (RDP1) next month.

These changes are localized enough, and in the case of the 9-dev changes 
two of them were pushed to 8u-dev last week, so I will include them in 
the integration today. As a note to those testing the weekly Hudson test 
build, they will not include these changes. For those building locally 
(and also building media), you can pick up these changes for this week's 
integration testing from the repo.
