Source code for JavaFX UI controls now available on openjfx

Ah and we might start thinking about if/how to integrate the SwingView
into OpenJFX:

Not sure if it belongs in controls (it's a sort of control anyway... )
or in some other package though, maybe in the same package as the
JFXPanel.
