API Review request for ColorPicker control : RT-19312

It is available in the 2.2 OpenJFX repo that I believe exists (but 
isn't linked to on the website). It is currently in 
com.sun.javafx.scene.control, but will soon be moving to 
javafx.scene.control. Warning: It is still under heavy development and 
API reorganisation. :-)
