Update on the JavaFX 8.0 (formerly 3.0) release in JDK8

I don't think we would be able to do a JSR in time for Java 8. 4 1/2 months is the absolute fastest anybody has managed to do a JSR to date, and it did "speculative out of order execution" to get that time. And this JSR would be much, much bigger. We also need a TCK which would be fairly involved. But I sure wish we could get it done in time for 8.
