[Review request] TreeTableView

I have just pushed the TreeTableView code to JavaFX UI controls repo,
and it will shortly arrive in the openjfx UI controls repo. The big
change is that the classes have moved (and have been totally rewritten).
Now the main classes are in javafx.scene.control, rather than the
previously-used com.preview.javafx.scene.control package.

The other thing to note is that there are still bugs and performance
issues - fixing them comes up next. However, please file jira issues if
you think you've found something that needs fixing.

That's all - have at it! :-)
