Where is the 2.2.4 repo?

The correct URL would be
http://hg.openjdk.java.net/openjfx/2.2.4/master/rt except that the JDK
7u10 / FX 2.2.4 release was done as a limited, closed update release, so
what is there right now is not accurate (the 2.2.4 forest will be
renamed to 2.2.6 on openjdk this week...we had planned to do it several
weeks ago, but it fell through the cracks).
The following JIRA query will give you a list of issues fixed in the
2.2.4 release:
http://javafx-jira.kenai.com/secure/IssueNavigator.jspa?reset=true&jqlQuery=project+%3D+RT+AND+resolution+%3D+Fixed+AND+fixVersion+%3D+%222.2.4%22
