Printing for JavaFX

I have posted some notes and a link to the javadoc for an API proposal
which adds printing support to the JavaFX platform.

The API is not going to be committed for a while as there's
some implementation work that needs to happen even if the
API so far gets approved pretty much as proposed, so there's time
for comments and revisions and many minor details are bound to
change anyway before release.

The JIRA for this feature is http://javafx-jira.kenai.com/browse/RT-17383
So if after reading the notes and the javadoc, you have comments on this
API please add them to the JIRA.
