Request for comments: Styling precedence proposal

Hi,

I think you should split this into 3 different requests:
1- add java properties to each visual property
2- enable setting precedence rules

For point 1 I totally agree with you, but I was under the impression this
was already on the roadmap and will be available on javafx 8 when skins
become public. At least I started an argument about it a while back and one
of the points I wanted to include was this and was under the impression it
would be included.
