How to JNLP launch OpenJFX when customer is using Java 7u6 or later

We are looking to use OpenJFX for some new UI development but have come across an issue. We use web-start to deploy our product to customers, with Java 1.6 and earlier 1.7 versions everything was fine. Now though, Java 7u6 and later has the jfxrt.jar already deployed and so it overrides our jfxrt.jar deployment - is there any way to turn off the pick-up from the JVM location ?
Note - in a local install you can you -Xbootclasspath/p but you can't use this in a web-start environment (for obvious security reasons).
