Defaulting a comboBox's buttonCell to the cellFactory

We don't have a formal poll approach, but if we were to just take lazy 
consensus it would seem you have the only vote :-)

Let's leave this open for another 24 hours, and then we'll change the 
behaviour back to the 2.1 behaviour if no other feedback is made.
