Minor Menu API change request

It looks like http://javafx-jira.kenai.com/browse/RT-19430 should be closed as a duplicate of http://javafx-jira.kenai.com/browse/RT-19007. Do you agree? I'm just going to add the api-approved to 19007 in that case.
