LocalToScene Transformation (related to Affine Transforms)

That seems very reasonable to me. I like that the Transform class does not itself imply mutability, so having immutable subtypes seems reasonable. I think this does need to be clearly specified whether the type of the localToScene transform property is immutable or mutable.

I'd like to get Jim to comment on this proposal.
