Flyout animation for popup windows

Hi,

is it possible to create a flyout animation for new popup windows? This 
would give a visual clue which action/button produced a dialog (etc). 
Just a few animated rubberband rectangles would be fine, although 
anything more fancy than that is also appreciated...

I still have to work with JFXPanels, so parts of the window are in Swing 
- if that makes a difference.
