Sure. But we don't seem to discuss how mouse and touch events interact, 
we discuss how our controls should react on mouse. Whether or not 
controls react on mouse dragging is a decision of controls that doesn't 
really affect design of the described API (unless controls are unable to 
implement the desired behavior, but in this case we doesn't even seem to 
talk about touches).
