API request: Adding WebEngine.userAgent

Hello,
the tag should contain the actual default value. Some logic used to be 
based on it (builders I think), but is not any more. We try to maintain 
correct values though, because the javafx-specific doclet produces a 
"Default value" section based on it, which is quite a useful piece of 
information to have documented.
