Passing iscc.exe command line options during native bundling

Just wondering if there is a way to pass command line parameters to iscc.exe when it is used as part of the bundling process? Specifically, I’d like to be able to pass the sign tool parameters so that my installers are signed. It’s one of those cases where the signing tool has to be specified outside of the installer script itself. 

I’m running with 7u9.
