Initial Draft of 3D API For Version 8 is Ready For Review

Hi all,

Thank you all for the feedback to 3D features for JavaFX 8. We now have 
an initial 3D API ready for the community to review.

Note: I can't find a good way to present the 3D API (javadoc) at 
Oracle's Wikis so I have attached a gzip copy (~400 kB) to the 
associated JIRA.
