ContextMenu styling (esp. for MenuButton)

thanks. I have shared the info I have on OTN. Unfortunately, that does 
not include a good or even complete solution...  In the end I am afraid 
there are only two choices:

a) MenuButton with unstyled menu
b) Button with manually managed ContextMenu.

Second choice is not that bad but I liked MenuButton and do not really 
want to recreate what SplitMenuButton already does for me.
