Applets issue - 32bit browsers and 64bit JVM

I believe association of javaws with files having JNLP extension will 
work. I.e. if you click on JNLP file link then in will launch webstart.

dtjava.js will NOT work as it will not be able to verify JavaFX is 
available and will offer to install it.

It depends how you add the link to a webpage. If you use dtjava.js it 
depends on toolkit plugin.
If you simply link to a file in html page it will launch i think. (Note 
you need to have codebase in the JNLP file if you bypass DT)
