JavaFX 2.2.21 and JavaFX 2.2.6

The following communication regarding JDK 7u release renumbering was 
just posted a short time ago. If approved, then the release currently 
known as 2.2.6 will be renamed to 2.2.40 for inclusion with 7u40.
